We should stop frequent munching and should use low cariogenic food like bevearages.
 
Should increase intake of fibrous food and avoid sticky food.
 
We should brush twice a day for minimum 5 minutes.
 
Should use mouth wash daily and rinse for 30 seconds.
 
Should use dental floss daily to remove plaque and debris from interproximal spaces.
 
Should consult dentist atleast once in year.
