Our body needs adequate fluids to function optimally. Warm fluids in a cold place are the perfect companions to stay hydrated and warm.
If plain warm water does not sound good, add some spice to it. Zeera, Ajwain, cinnamon, haldi all help with digestion and also add flavour.
Green tea is another cup full of health and joy, and can be had after a meal. A cup of strong antioxidant shot to build good overall health.
Infusions of herbs like chamomile, ashwagandha help de-stress the system and are known to be the best bedtime drinks.
