Jammu, Dec 14: Directorate of Homeguards, Civil Defence and SDRF, J&K, felicitated Divisional Commandant Homeguards Jammu Sanjeev Kumar Yadav for winning a Bronze Medal in the 65th National Shooting Championship held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
In a function held on Wednesday, Commandant General HG, CD and SDRF J&K Dr B Srinivas while congratulating the officer appreciated his efforts and said that it is a moment of pride for the organisation. He wished him the best of luck in future endeavours.
Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, IPS, SSP posted as Divisional Commandant Homeguards Jammu was deputed by the Government of J&K to participate in the 65th National Shooting Championship organised by the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) which was held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from November 20 to December 12, 2022.
The officer competed with more than 150 participants and participated in 25 Mtr. Rapid Fire event and won the Bronze Medal, thus bringing laurels to the Homeguards, Civil Defence and SDRF J&K organisation and to the UT of J&K. The function was attended by Randheer Singh, JKPS, SSP, Aijaz Ali, PPS, (SP) among others.
