Legal trainees get exposure at ROC JK office

The trainees appointed are Azfar Pirzada from LLB Program & Adnan, Nousheen, Meras & Aarzoo from BA LLB program of University of Kashmir.

Office of ROC JK and Ladakh has appointed legal trainees under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ Legal Training Program to provide valuable first hand legal experience to under graduate and fresh graduates.

This program shall remain in force for a period of 1 year.

Astt ROC Srinagar, Haamid Bukhari said that these legal trainees may assist the department in preparation, filing and monitoring of the litigations and prosecutions in the office and may also accompany the officers to Tribunals and courts.

This would give them an exposure in corporate and company laws.

The trainees appointed are Azfar Pirzada from LLB Program & Adnan, Nousheen, Meras & Aarzoo from BA LLB program of University of Kashmir.

Legal trainees appointed are a mix of fresh law graduates and under graduate law students. This is first of its kind experience for these candidates to work in Government of India’s office.
