IIMUN holds three-day event at Doon International School

Srinagar,Oct 02: India's International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) held the first programme of its three-day event at the Doon International School, Srinagar.
The event started from 30th September and ended on Sunday at the Doon International School Srinagar, will see participation of students from across the valley in debates about parliamentary workings and practices.
In a press statement, the organisers said that IIMUN is determined to keep promoting unity as the organisation celebrates its 10th anniversary.
“As we embark on this journey, we are humbled and grateful to the more than 7500 institutions and 5 crore students from around the world who have been a part of our mission.”
According to the statement, the main aim of all the IIMUN events is to help students overcome their fears and enhance their speaking, writing and debating skills. “As the organization celebrates a decade of empowering students across 220 cities and 35 countries, they are ever more determined to increase their efforts to unite the world the Indian way,” the statement added.
