Srinagar, Dec 1: The Real Kashmir Football Club (RKFC) continued their unbeaten run in the Hero I-League 2022-2023 with a 3-2 win over Tiddim Road Athletic Union (TRAU) at the Synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar on Thursday.
Since the beginning of the match, both teams looked aggressive. It was TRAU who managed to score the first goal. In the first half, the TRAU was leading 2-1.
However, in the second half, snow leopards launched a promising counterattack and managed to score two more goals and won the game 3-2. Lamine Moro was declared the man of the match.
RKFC head coach Mehraj Uddin Wadoo said the TRAU is a very good team and played very good football.
“In the first half, they were leading 2-1. But in the second half, RKFC players did everything right and put every effort on the field and managed to score two more goals and win the game,” Wadoo said.
The TRAU coach said the RKFC players played excellently today. “They deserved this win,” he added. He, however, said the weather was not favourable for TRAU.
