Huzaifa Bazaz a young entrepreneur and MBA graduate from Srinagar owns an online store by the name “Style Hub by Huzaifa Bazaz” and her online venture is not just a business but rather an emotion for her.

She started her business six years back when she was pursuing her BBA.

“The purpose of starting the venture was always to create space for more women in business. My ideology was to see more of females running the show,” said Huzaifa.

This online store is aimed to cater to the shopping needs of youngsters. Her store was one of its first kinds to introduce the international brands in the local market and since 2015 the store has witnessed a lot of love and support from the people around.

Huzaifa said, “I started with the women’s collection, but as the time went by, I used to get a lot of queries from men and that is when I realized I need to venture into men collection as well.”

“I have always tried to stay in alignment with the fashion trends and make it available to customers at affordable prices,” said Huzaifa.

“Style Hub” is majorly known for their bag collection.

Huzaifa said they are trying to adapt to the changes around and recently, during Covid-19 she left her job in Delhi and returned to the valley.

“During these pandemic times, I could see people struggling with masks, sanitizers and oximeters. Many of the customers would come to me saying that the oximeters are being sold at spiked rates in the market,” said Huzaifa.

She said “I thought I could pitch in and do my part to make these essentials available at lowest possible prices.”

Now she has also started delivering these items at the peoples’ doorsteps by following the proper SOPs.

“It was heart wrecking for me to see people taking advantage of the situation,” said Huzaifa.

Huzaifa’s journey saw a bit of downfall when due to some technical glitch she lost her Instagram page.

“I am determined to grow it back with people’s love and support,” said Huzaifa.

Huzaifa always wanted to create space for women in business, and seeing a lot of women starting businesses and excelling in this field her purpose seems to be fulfilling.
