How to make pudina paneer at home

For all paneer lovers, pudina paneer is an interesting vegetarian recipe that you can easily try at home. It is easy-to-make and could be made in just two simple steps.
• 300 grams (cottage) soft, white, crumbly cheese
• 4 tablespoon refined oil
• 1 medium sliced onion
• 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
• 2 pureed tomato
• 3/4 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1/4 cup mint leaves
• 3/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
Take a pan and heat oil on moderate flame. When oil is sufficiently hot, add the onions and saute them till they turn slightly pinkish. Now add turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
Stir the mixture well so that spices are cooked properly. Now add the tomato puree and cook till it starts to leave the oil at sides of the pan.
Now add cheese, dried mint leaves. Keep stirring on low flame. After few minutes, add garam masala and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Your Pudina Paneer is ready. You can serve it with rice or you can eat with naan or chapatti.
