Health tips for women to stay fit

1. Adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hours is must.
2. Regular exercises to keep weight at normal range.
3. Stop smoking which is the cause of many cancers.
4. Balanced diet with adequate amount of fruits and vegetables, good protein diet and less carbohydrate and fat diet.
5. Replace saturated fat with unsaturated fat.
6. Reduce salt and sugar and junk foods.
7. Drink plenty of fluids.
8. Avoid sun particularly from 11 am to 3 pm.
9. Annual check up with a doctor.
10. Maintain a healthy body weight.
