Grand Warriors conclude thrilling 2-day Open Kashmir Hapkido Championship

Srinagar, Nov 09: The adrenaline-pumping Open Kashmir Hapkido Championship 2023, organized by the Grand Warriors Academy of Martial Arts in collaboration with LP School under the auspices of the Jammu and Kashmir Hapkido Association, reached its grand finale on Thursday at LP School Bota Kadal Srinagar.
A diverse array of talented martial artists from various schools and clubs, including Sultan Martial Arts, Iron Fist, Lees Dojo, Usmania School, White Hall School, Islamia Mission, LP School, and Government Boys Higher Secondary School Mallabagh, showcased their skills in a fierce competition spanning two intense days.
The concluding ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Chairman Kashmir Society Khwaja Farooq, LP School Principal Sameena, School Secretary Abdul Rouf, Kashmir Speaks Chairman Ashfaq, and Hapkido Association President Mohammad Shoiab, who held the position of Guest of Honour.
In a passionate address during the ceremony, Renzushah highlighted the importance of reviving the region's ancient civilization, emphasizing its rich history in knowledge, education, and fostering brotherhood on a global scale.
Founder of the academy, Adil Hussain Khan, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of LP School, acknowledging that the success of the event wouldn't have been possible without their collaboration. Looking ahead, Khan revealed plans to organize drug awareness programs in schools across the region, underscoring the academy's commitment to holistic community development.
The Open Kashmir Hapkido Championship not only showcased the remarkable talent within the martial arts community but also served as a platform to promote cultural revival and community engagement.
