For womens eating and sleeping are mutually correlated with each other. Any deficiency in either of the two affects the function of the whole body. Every individual deserves eight hours of good night's sleep daily -- change in order may disrupt the balance in the body and cause stress and disorders like insomnia. Women should eat well, exercise well and sleep well for their bodies to remain fresh, healthy and sound.
