Dowry a curse

Dowry is a menace of the society.1500 years ago, Prophet Muhammad considered it to be an offence. In the year 1961, our Parliament passed a law against dowry. Be it a religious obligation or the obligation imposed by law of modern days, it is a pure crime and also an in human act. Community leaders must address this issue on ground by making appropriate reforms.
