The best way to ensure wholesome sleep is to maintain something called sleep hygiene.

Constant notifications, social media updates can keep you in a state of frenzy.

Set a time for yourself to ban all electronic devices and do not consume any media beyond the set time.

Drink a warm beverage, preferably not sweet.

Listen to comforting music or read a good book.

Go to bed in a relaxed state of mind and wake up supercharged to take on the next day.
