The rituals were conducted in presence of Sadhus and devotees led by Mahant Deepindra Giri.

The group was warmly received and welcomed by Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, Dr. Piyush Singla along with SSP Anantnag at Pahalgam Gaurishankar temple.

Adequate arrangements were put in place for smooth conduct of ceremonies by the District Administration.

DDC chairperson while speaking on the occasion said that his best wishes are with the pilgrims and prayed for a successful and safe yatra.
