Most common causes are Fissure in Ano and Haemorrhoids
a)It is a small tear at anal verge caused mainly due to constipation
b) Symptoms are painful defecation, Perianal pain , blood in stools ( just after passing stools)
c) Fissure in Ano patients often have sentinal tags as well
d) It may be posteriorly at around 6 O'clock usually or anteriorly at 12 O'clock
e ) Mainly treated with diet modification and medicines in the form of analgesic, laxative and some creams.
f) Surgery is the option in chronic cases and if medical treatment fails.
