Be optimistic, whatever the situation may be. We can never change the situations we face or, the challenges we face in our lives, but we can change how we process the information in our mind and how we react. It's said that either we see a glass filled with water upto half as half glass full or, half glass empty. That is what makes a difference. It is sometimes difficult to do it on our own, we may need a psychotherapist to help us see it as half glass full.
