Aug 05 decision brought prosperity to J&K: Chugh

Srinagar, Aug 05: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Saturday said the decision taken on August 05, 2019, was historic and it has freed J&K from the clutches of Article 370.
Chugh in a statement said the abrogation of Article 370 brought a positive impact on the lives of people as well as the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. He said the decision of nullification of special status to J&K “freed the people of J&K from the clutches” of Article 370 which had “snatched freedom, liberty, prosperity and development” of J&K.
“This day has now brought freedom, prosperity and development in the lives of the people of J&K," Chugh added.
