10th All India Police Games Judo Cluster: Assam Rifles Clinch Overall Taekwondo Title

Srinagar, Oct 15: Assam Rifles lifted the overall championship trophy in the Taekwondo event of the ongoing 10th All India Police Games Judo Cluster, hosted by the Jammu and Kashmir Police at various venues. The team secured the highest 48 points to emerge as overall champions. As per a statement issued here, it was the women’s team that made the difference, earning 33 points to take the top spot and ensure Assam Rifles’ overall triumph. In the men’s category, the CISF team bagged the trophy with 23 points.SSB finished overall second in Taekwondo with 39 points, while Uttar Pradesh Police claimed third place with 32 points.Meanwhile, the final event of the Judo Cluster — the Wushu competition — reached its concluding stages today.
