TIPS TO HELP PREVENT CONSTIPATION.

*DON'T SKIP MEALS..
Balanced, Regular scheduled meals promote regular Bowel Function.
*EAT HIGH FIBRE FOODS..
 Emphasize fresh fruits, vegetables,whole grains at every meal.Increase fibre ( Food is still the best source of fibre.)
*DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS....42ml/kg is the best formula in 24hours ( 20%water from solid foods& 80% direct water,soups,juices if needed).Take fluids more in the early half of the day especially in old ages.
 
*INCREASE YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVELS..
