Poonch, May 30: District president, Poonch and Ex-MLA Shah Mohammed Tantray Monday expressed his concern over the poor development in the border district Poonch.
Addressing a joining programme, Tantray said that the Apni Party has committed towards the welfare of the people irrespective of religious or regional bias, a statement from the party said.
