1.PAPAYA.
The extract of papaya leaves has been shown to increase ALOX12 (Arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase or platelet type lipoxygenase) by 15 times & this enzyme promotes platelet production via the increased number & differentiation of megakaryocytes in the bone Marrow.
 
2.POMEGRANATE.
The Red diamonds like seeds of pomegranate are rich in iron just like all the Red fruits & help to increase the blood platelet counts.
 
3.PUMPKIN.
Pumpkin is known to be Good at improving platelet counts.
 
4.VITAMINS C (Absorbic acid) 
popularly known as vitamin C helps to increase the absorption of iron from the Gut & also acts as antioxidant & increases the platelet counts. 
 
5.LEAFY GREENS.
Leafy greens such as spinach,kale,Broccoli & Fenugreek leaves are high in vitamin K & hence you should consume them when your platelet count hits the bottom.
