POSITIVE SELF TALK- talk to yourself without judgement like you would talk to your best friend. Don’t be too harsh or critical of yourself. If you have made some mistakes, move on and try to solve the issues.
b. MINDFULNESS- Practice mindful breathing, follow RULE OF 3- BE AWARE of 3 things around you. - see 3 things around you, hear 3 things, touch 3 things, feel 3 things. This will help you figure on the present.

e. HELP OTHERS- a sense of being useful and helpful
g. KEEP BUSY- by organizing closets, learning new hobbies/ skills, watch movies on voot, amazon, netflix, etc.
