PM to host 3 Judokas from JK

Srinagar, May 20: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will host the Indian contingent for their best ever performance at the recently held Deaflympics 2021.
He will host the entire contingent at his residence on the morning of May 21.
These Judokas from Jammu and Kashmir who will meet the prime minister include Rakhshinda Mehak, Rakesh Singh and Vishal Khajuria. Previously Mehak won a bronze medal at the world deaf Judo championship in Versailles, France in Oct 2021.
Secretary J&K Sports Council Nuzhat Gull, General secretary Gulshan Drabu of All J&K Sports Association of the Deaf and General secretary G. Suresh Kumar of All India Sports Council of the Deaf highly appreciated the performance of deaf Judokas of J&K UT and their coach.
