Kulgam, July 19: The Kulgam Municipal Council (MC) has come up with a modernized bio-toilet system and has deputed a hopper vehicle for each ward, officials said.
Muneeb Ahmad Zargar, Chairman MC Kulgam told Rising Kashmir that they have set up a ten-seated bio-toilet system, which includes five each for females and males and has been made operational near  Clock Tower in main town Kulgam.
