LEARN & AVOID BAD EATING HABITS & FOLLOW

DO’S & DO NOT’S.
1.Do not take tea or coffee sooner or immediately after meals 
However take one hour before or one hour after meals  as essential nutrients & iron will not get absorbed due to tannic acid & Phytates & so will result as Anaemia.
2.No Walk or Exercise immediately after meals (Proper Food metabolism will be delayed)
3.Do not sleep or lie down soon after meals (Consider GERD)
4.No bath soon after meals although consider after one hour.
5.No Tooth brush soon after meals & let saliva gets mix up properly
6.No smoking soon after meals as it has more drastic effects on lungs.
7.No Fruits soon with meals & preferably one hour before or one hour after meals if want to control body weight or prevent obesity & be considered  as sour erractations ,indigestion & so is the possibilities.
