White foods help in detoxification and are good for the gut and heart health. Garlic, Onions, Mushrooms, Cauliflower are some heart-friendly foods.
Green foods help to strengthen the immunity. Peas, Spinach, Green Capsicum are the best when it comes to strengthening one’s immune system.
Yellow foods are beauty foods which help in maintaining skin, bone, and teeth. Bananas, yellow capsicum, and corn are must have daily foods.
