Women's health and fitness are two important aspects of life. Many health issues that women face can be improved with exercise. According to American academy of family physicians, regular exercise provides a great array of health benefits.
 
1. Regular exercises keeps weight in check.
 
2. Exercise counters harmonally triggered mood swings especially during menstruation, pregnancy and menopause by releasing endorphins another mood regulator that makes us happy and relaxed after a workout.
 
3. It prevents bone loss and osteoporosis which occurs more commonly in women.
 
4. It also prevents breast cancer
 
Studies show that older people can achieve significant health benefits just after 2 to 3 months of regular exercises. It's never too late to take up exercise.
