DHSK promotes 20 employees

Srinagar, July 1: Director, Health Services Kashmir, Mushtaq Ahmad Rather on Friday promoted 20 employees of the health department appointed under the Prime Minister's Development Package.
Five Junior Lab technicians and 15 Junior Pharmacists have been promoted to the next level.
“In terms of Govt. order No. 34-JK(DMRRR) of 2022 dated 22.06.2022 issued by Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction, J&K and as recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 17.06.2022, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of the following employees appointed under PM package in the pay level of (Level-6 35400-112400) against the supernumerary post shown against each,” reads an order issued by DHSK.
The order further reads that the elevation of the employees of the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir appointed under  PM Package time shall be subject to the following conditions: “That extension in the method of recruitment as envisaged in Govt. order No. 10 HME of 2009 dated 01.01.2009 & 362-HME of 2007 dated 25.05.2007 against these categories of posts accorded by the competent authority. II. A satisfactory report with regard to the vigilance clearance is received from concerned quarters in respect of officials. III. outcome of any writ petition (s), pending in any competent Court of law /CAT,” reads the order.
 
These employees will continue to work at their present places of posting till further orders.
 
Recently, on June 8, Administrative Council (AC) in a meeting had approved the scheme for promotion of PM package employees.
 
The scheme envisaged maintaining a separate seniority for Kashmiri Migrant employees appointed under the PM package, which will run parallel to the seniority of regular employees.
