“More than 10 units for manufacturing of biofertilizer  enrichedvermicomposit are working under our supervision ,” he said, adding that the units are situated at Pulwama, Tral, Newa, Awantipora, Malangpora and Malpora.
He added that the owner of Newa unit is a highly qualified youth who teaches in a higher secondary school on academic arrangement.
He added that a PhD scholar  from Anantnag  has also been trained by them at Glowtips on organic farming entrepreneurship.
“The trainings are given free of cost,” he said, adding that they provide their trainees  materials at subsidised cost.
“I am training youth for helping them to become economically independent,” he said, adding that he has employed around 8 educated youth from his native village.
“ One of them was  encouraged to get the training; he has set up his own unit besides working for us,” he said.
At Glowtips Muneer looks after the laboratory section while Bilal is in charge of vermicomposit.
The siblings were hailed by authorities from time to time for serving as an inspiration for others.
Director extension SKUAST,  DrDil Mohammed Makhdoomi told that Glowtip is not only an entrepreneur unit but a mini institution.
“ This is an inspiration for whole Kashmir,” he said, adding that Bio-fertilizers and bio control agents are in demand.
